How do I schedule RoboHelp HTML or Captivate training?
It all begins by completing our Contact form. After we receive the form, we will contact you to discuss how we may help. Unlike typical training providers, we don't post a schedule and hope folks sign up. Instead, we work with you to arrange a time that works for all involved. We also offer the ability to work during odd hours or will agree to split training or coaching up so it is more convenient and spread across a longer time period. We do post a schedule of availability in case it will assist in determining the best mutual time.
How does the billing work?
Once a RoboHelp HTML or Captivate class has been arranged, we will send you an invoice via E-Mail. The message will contain a link to Google Checkout or PayPal, where you may pay using a credit card.
Google Checkout accepts Visa, MasterCard American Express and Discover.
PayPal accepts the same credit cards in addition to PayPal.
